Christian R. Agostini is a Technical Project Manager at EMI Advisors, where he supports the planning and delivery of technology-focused initiatives and helps coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and project requirements. With more than 10 years of experience in digital products and technology, Christian brings expertise in technical project management, product strategy, Agile delivery, UX/UI, and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

Prior to joining EMI, Christian led cross-functional digital initiatives across the government, nonprofit, and private sectors, managing projects from discovery and requirements through design, development, implementation, and launch. His experience spans web platforms, mobile applications, digital transformation, and process improvement. He has contributed to the development of government applications, funding and proposal management platforms, and digital products designed to improve services and streamline complex processes. His background in both project management and digital product development allows him to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and other technical teams.

Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is fluent in English and Spanish and is based in Puerto Rico. Outside of work, Christian enjoys traveling, hiking, exploring technology, and staying active.
