Senior Project Manager

Dino Teppara is an attorney and serves as a senior project manager for EMI, assisting with communications support for the Department of the Navy (DON) Performance Improvement Office (PIO). He previously served as the communications lead for the DON’s Human Capital Strategy Task Force, which was managed in conjunction with the DON Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO), the predecessor to DON PIO, and the DON’s Office of Manpower and Reserve Affairs.

Dino is a public affairs officer with the rank of lieutenant (O-3) in the U.S. Navy Reserve, assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Europe/U.S. Naval Forces Africa/Sixth Fleet, headquartered in Naples, Italy.

He is a member of the American Legion, Reserve Officers Association, Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), and the Navy League of the United States.  He lives in Lexington, South Carolina, with his wife and two daughters.
