EMI Advisors (EMI) and Patient Centric Solutions (PCS) have joined forces to support Mission Analytics Group, Inc. in its contract with the Office of eHealth Innovation (OeHI) to evaluate the feasibility of a centralized digital consent management repository for the State of Colorado.
